At Divain®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If your order isn't a perfect match, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring the protective seal is intact and the bottle is securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
